Imagine waking up, at a different dive site every day. There are over 300 islands in the Fiji Islands archipelago, and countless coral reefs to explore. Exploring Fiji’s underwater world on a dive liveaboard, you get to visit Fiji’s more remote dive sites, including the Namena Marine Reserve in the Lomaiviti group of islands and the Great Sea Reef, the third longest barrier reef in the world, out of reach from most dive resorts.
Diving Fiji by dive liveaboard has two advantages; you get to dive a greater range of locations within a relatively short time frame (from the comfort of a ship), and you get to dive Fiji’s more remote dive sites, including the Great Sea Reef and the Namena Marine Reserve, Fiji’s largest marine protected area.
There are two liveaboards to choose from in Fiji, including the Nai’a liveaboard, which explores Bligh Water and the Koro Sea, and Captain Cook Cruises Fiji, which offers diving aboard their small cruising ship the MV Reef Endeavour.
The Nai’a Liveaboard departs Lautoka year-round, with 7 and 10-day itineraries visiting some of Fiji’s best dives sites around the islands and barrier reefs near Vatu-I-Ra in Bligh Water, Namena, Wakaya and Gau in the Koro Sea.
