WHO WE ARE AND BACKGROUND
- We are Tourism Fiji (“We”, “we”, “our”, “TF”) and are the Fiji Government statutory authority responsible for international and domestic tourism marketing whose principal place of business is at:

- This privacy policy (the "Policy") refers to the website, https://corporate.fiji.travel (the "Website").
- Your privacy is of paramount importance to us and TF recognises the importance of your privacy rights, and in turn, the importance of being transparent about how we collect, use, and share information about you. This Policy applies to the Website, applications and services related thereto (the “Service”). This Policy explains the types of information that we may collect and hold, how that information is used and with whom the data is shared. It also sets out how you can contact us if you have any queries or concerns about this information. Your use of the Website and any micro-sites is subject to your agreement with this Policy.
- In this Policy "Personal information" is any information that can reasonably be used to identify an individual and may include name, address, email address, phone number, login information (account number, password), and social media account information.
YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE
- By entering into this Website and providing your consent to our use of your Personal Information in accordance with the terms of this Policy indicates that the user has reviewed this Policy and has agreed to be bound by it. WE GATHER FROM YOU
- We only collect and use individual’s information where we are legally entitled to do so and only to facilitate your efforts to find a TF tourism product or service that suits you so the collection of personal information is limited and always voluntary. As a user of our Website, you may opt-in to receive information from us, in which case we will require certain Personal Information from you. This will include your name and email address, and we may also ask for your postal address if you request a brochure to be mailed to you. Website usage information is collected using cookies (see Section 7 below/Cookies and our Cookies Policy).
- Whenever you interact with us, you may be asked to provide us with information relating to you. The following types of data may be collected from you:
- Identity Data includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier, and gender.
- Contact Data includes delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
- Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this Website.
- Enquiry Data includes data you provided us with when you contact us for customer service assistance (by any means of communication including written communications or via our Website(s), support forums, telephone, email, SMS, or our social media channels) or when you visit us at a public event, such as a trade show or exhibition or participate in one of our surveys, or competitions. We may record all customer service communications and keep information about the particular communication, including your name, the product(s) or services you were interested in, the reason why you contacted us, and the advice we gave you so we can track the resolution of any customer service issues and for customer service training purposes.

Aggregated Data

- Logging in: If you log-in to our Website, using your social network account, we may receive basic details from your social network profile. The basic details we receive may depend on your social network account privacy settings; however, they might include your social network ID, name, profile picture, gender and location.
WHY WE COLLECT/HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION
- We may collect information from you as necessary in the course of providing our Services for the promotion of tourism in Fiji. We may collect your personal information while monitoring our technology tools and services, including our Website and email communications sent to and from us. We gather information about you when you provide it to us or interact with us directly.
- We collect information about you to manage your Website account, process your brochure order, and, if you agree, to email you about other Tourism Fiji products and services we think may be of interest to you either directly or via tourist agents as requested by you through the newsletter requested on the Website.
- We collect IP addresses from visitors to our Website (an IP address is a number that can uniquely identify a specific computer or other network device on the internet). This allows us to identify the location of users, to block disruptive use and to establish the number of visits from different countries. WITH WHOM WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Please note that Tourism Fiji will not be held responsible for any comments that are generated on our channels and we do not post as a representative of the opinions of Tourism Fiji or the Fijian Government.
While we are open to free expressions of opinions, we would love for our online communities to be as pristine as our 333 islands, so we will delete posts or comments if they contain:
- Spam, advertising, link baiting and inaccurate or misleading information.
- Hateful speech, defamation, or illegal and violent comments.
- Any other content that is deemed inappropriate at the discretion of Tourism Fiji.

You are permitted to revoke the rights you granted to Tourism Fiji at any time by simply emailing digital@tourismfiji.com.fj to advise us that you no longer wish to share your content with us.
