Sea-kayak, snorkel, hike and explore Fiji's remote and unspoiled Kadavu Island. Day-trips and multi-day trips. Departures all year round; minimum group size: 2 people.

Resort to resort, island to island, beach to beach.
Tamarillo Active Travel has been guiding sea-kayaking tours around Fiji's spectacular Kadavu Island group since 1998. Tamarillo is the only specialist guiding company operating in this remote, unspoiled region.

One of the world's largest barrier reefs protects the Kadavu group of islands from the Pacific Ocean waves, creating a generally calm environment for sea-kayaking, scuba-diving and snorkeling.

Multi-day tours can be put together on request, and are available year-round. The minimum group size required is just 2 people and no experience is necessary. Customised itineraries are also available.

Day-trips and overnight trips are run by Tamarillo Active Travel for guests staying in any of Kadavu Island's resorts.

All Tamarillo’s Fiji expeditions combine sea-kayaking, snorkeling and hiking through a peaceful, tropical environment, far from mainstream tourism. Each trip is flexible enough to allow for a wide range of fitness levels. Past guests have ranged in age from 3 to 78 years.

No camping is required.  Accommodation options include Kadavu's best small resorts and traditional village home-stays.

Tamarillo’s Fiji sea-kayaking adventures begin and end at Kadavu Island’s airport. You book your flights and Tamarillo will look after the rest. We’ll discuss the various options with you and plan the trip to suit your budget and schedule.

For people already in Kadavu Island, Tamarillo can organise day-trips and overnight trips, beginning and ending at any of the resorts.
